Why are we different?
Most retailers refer you back to the manufacturer if your appliance develops a fault. For most of the appliances we sell, we do not!
How are we different?
If you develop an issue with your appliance you phone us. We have a service department that is contracted to repair most of the appliances we sell. Our call centre is at our Gloucester HQ. We average under 1 minute for answering incoming calls. Our call centre team do not try to sell you an extended warranty. Our engineers are friendly and reliable. We are focused on a quick repair that will last. And in the event that you have purchased an appliance we don't service, we will log the call for you with the manufacturer.
